For teams and organizations who want to make meeting skills a core competency, our in-house workshops can be customized to your unique meeting needs and timing restraints.

Meeting Coaching

Facilitation and meeting skills are life skills, and they are often so easy to understand and implement that you’ll be wondering why you didn’t learn them in grade school. If you’re ready to make meeting skills a core competency in your organization, we recommend our Meeting Coaching program—one-on-one or team sessions with a certified coach and meeting expert who will partner with you to design your meeting, prepare you to facilitate with confidence and/or mature your meeting practices.

Expert Facilitation

For teams and organizations who want to make their meeting, off-site or event truly transformative, our team of expert facilitators use leading practices in whole-systems and human-centered approaches to design meetings to achieve your desired outcomes. We offer both off-the-shelf and customized agendas.

Visual Notetaking Services

For meetings with lots of speakers or time in large group discussions, our sister company—Dancing with Markers—is a team of visual notetakers and graphic artists who capture key insights and takeaways during meetings and events with words and images. Our team can help you engage participants in a live interactive mural or produce live strategy maps to enhance strategic planning initiatives.

Ways to Work With Us

You can work with us on a short-term or ongoing basis, depending on your needs. A short-term project is a great way to see if partnering with us long-term is a good fit.

Short Term

Short-term projects support a specific event or tangible deliverable with a clear deadline. We scope these projects based on the service, scale and customization needed.

Common short-term projects:

  • Meeting coaching for individuals and teams

  • Facilitation for team-building retreats, strategic planning offsites or board meetings

  • Meeting skills training

Ongoing

An ongoing project supports multiple services over a longer period. We will recommend a suggested monthly retainer, or “bucket of hours,” and work with you to align to budget needs.

  • Instructional design consulting for designing in-house workshops
