No one teaches us how to participate in a meeting, let alone lead one. As a result, it’s normal for meetings to lack clear outcomes, not follow a structured agenda, allow for a few people to dominate, and end without clear next steps.

Types of Meeting Coaching

We can structure meeting coaching as needed or programmatically as a three- or six-month development plan. Sessions are typically 60 to 90 minutes in length, and we can also do group coaching sessions for up to five members at a time.
