The MeetingMakers Framework is how we help you determine the best type of meeting based on your team, project or organization's needs and challenges. During the discovery phase, we listen to determine where we think your team is in their journey and explore the options available in your timeframe so you can decide what will work best for you.

Initiating a Project, Team or Organization

The team, project or organization is new to working together and desires a clear and aligned kick-off process, or this step was missed and the team, project or organization needs to revisit fundamental goals, structures, and norms.
