I’ve been facilitating meetings for over a decade. I have a master’s degree in organization development and am a certified facilitator and executive coach. I’ve facilitated hundreds of meetings, and the response I often get after a meeting is, “Wow, the time really flew by! I can’t believe how much we got done.”
While I love the positive feedback, this saddens me a bit. What facilitators do is not magic. It’s very learnable. Imagine the change we could make in the world if everyone had better meetings.
